For me, the "art of the unexpected" is far more than a tagline describing my design style—it's an expression of how I live and experience the world around me. Over the past 34 years, I've grown certain of one thing: my affinity for embracing the unexpected.
But what exactly does this mean? The Art of Unexpected isn't simply about being different for the sake of difference. Rather, it's about discovering the hidden harmony between elements that initially seem incompatible or contradictory.
It's about courageously exploring the spaces between opposites—traditional and modern, chaos and order, simplicity and complexity—and unearthing something that is both stunningly beautiful and intriguingly puzzling.
This delicate dance and careful balancing act is where I find the true essence of creativity. Each unexpected combination invites curiosity, provokes thought, and sparks conversation. Ultimately, The Art of Unexpected is about opening ourselves to the beauty of surprise, the power of juxtaposition, and the magic of creating harmony out of the seemingly irreconcilable.
