By accessing or using Carter.Gray & Co.'s interior design services ("Services"), clients ("You" or "Client") acknowledge and accept these terms. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and Carter.Gray & Co.
2. Service Agreement and Payment Terms

Full-Service Interior Design:

An initial flat design fee is due upon booking.

Project management fees (15%) are payable in scheduled installments detailed in your contract.

Furniture and décor commissions (10%) are due upon item ordering.

eDesign Services:

Full payment is required upfront upon booking.

Luxury Consultations:

Flat consultation fee due at booking. Additional fees for extended services are payable per agreed-upon terms.

Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or certified check.
3. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines provided are best-effort guidelines. Actual timelines may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and unforeseen delays (e.g., vendor shipping or supply issues). Carter.Gray & Co. will proactively communicate any significant deviations from initial estimates.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full-Service Projects: Cancellation requests within 5 days after signing the agreement qualify for a full refund minus a $500 administrative fee. After 5 days, initial fees become non-refundable.

eDesign Projects: Due to the digital nature of the service, all sales are final after project commencement.

Luxury Consultation: Fees are non-refundable once the consultation is completed.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate, timely information and feedback.

Approve designs and budget adjustments promptly.

Allow reasonable access to premises (for full-service projects).
Delays caused by clients may affect timelines and may incur additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, materials, concepts, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Carter.Gray & Co. until full payment is received. After payment, clients receive rights for personal use. Redistribution or resale without written permission is prohibited.
7. Liability
Carter.Gray & Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client under the applicable service agreement.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to mediation within Harris County, Texas. Any unresolved disputes thereafter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Carter.Gray & Co. reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
